Job PurposeFATCA & CRS implementation and reporting to CBDTJob Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 AreasActionable (4-6)FATCA/CRS complianceAssisting in analysing and interpreting the FATCA/CRS LawAdvising the internal departments/ branches/liasoning with consultants.Assessing the new requirements from the regulators and advising solution with compliance of the sameReconciliationAnalysis of the reportable tags of the customer given by the system vis-à-vis the data captured in the system.Reconciliation of data and reports of different periodsDue diligence processAssisting and advising due diligence process for remediation of accounts and preparation of relevant documents for the same.Advising foreign branches on FATCA CRS rules and formsSystem enhancementAssistance in different activities for development of system for FATCA/CRSPreparation of requirement documentDefining the additional fields to be capturedDefining logics for identifying potential reportable and reportable customersDefining and advising on system logics to foreign branchesReview of form 61 BVerifying and reviewing the final form 61 B for completeness and mismatchesUploading of return on CBDT reporting portalEducational QualificationsKey SkillsChartered AccountantGood Auditing skillsGood communication skillsExperience Required(examples listed below)Minimum experience in years – 2 yearsExposure to banking preferableMajor Stakeholders (intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)Branch Banking TeamCPU operationsProduct TeamIT teamBTG
