Additionally, you will help and support to hiring managers in relation to:Accountable for sourcing till onboarding of candidates for job requisitions assignedResearch and source candidates via various sourcing channels, with relevant skills for various job requisitionsSingle point of contact between Hays and MSP / RPO Onsite Team & Hiring Manager(s)Generating a strong candidate database for the client from various sourcing channelsManaging candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment processProviding market insights to the MSP / RPO onsite team and clientSupport MSP / RPO onsite team resulting in excellent service delivery to our clientSupport the candidate onboarding process

Eligibility criteriaGraduate in BSc Electronics (highly preferred)3 to 6 years’ relevant experience in VLSI skills like Design, Verification, ValidationGood experience and understanding of Recruitment in SemiconductorExcellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
