Job Title: SRE (Cloud DevOpsAutomation Engineer)
Location: India Remote
Salary: 2328 LPA (DOE)
Job Experience Requirements:
15 years of overall ITexperience and 7 years of AWS cloud tools used for hosting andmanaging the platform.
Very strong handson experiencewith Infrastructure as code tools (e.g. AWS CDK Terraform Pulumi)and config management tools (e.g. AWS SSM Ansible).
Verystrong scripting skills (Python Bash PowerShell) automationpatterns.
Strong understanding of monitoring patternsSLIs APM Synthetic Health Checks Tracing etc.
Passionate about building an inclusive engineering culture withteams that are both eager to learn and deeply curious. Anexperienced technology leader leading establishing and managingenterprise DevOps CI/CD solutions automation and configurationmanagement.
Strong understanding of OS abstraction(Docker Kubernetes AWS Fargate EKS) and continuous deliverypatterns in largescale environments.
An excellentcommunicator with the ability to simplify key messages presentcompelling stories and promote technical and personal credibilitywith internal and external stakeholders.
Strongexperience with cloud architecture security IAM privacy datasecurity security patterns and compliance controls.
Aleader with a proven track record of successfully deliveringlargescale services on public clouds (AWS Azure GCPOCI).
Leads from the front with strong engineeringsolutions.
Selfdirected. Experienced managing anddeveloping remote teams and workers you demonstrate specialistleadership traits that enable world class remote teams to thrive.
It would be a plus if you alsopossess previous experience in:
AWS Certified DevOpsEngineer (Professional)
AWS Certified SolutionsArchitect (Professional)
AWS Certified SecuritySpecialty
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability to integrate computing needs ofdisparate departments into a coherent secure encompassing dataprocessing environment.
Deliver computing services incloudbased environment (AWS). Develop and support solutions toautomate the creation management or destruction of infrastructure;remove complex technical impediments.
Championcompanywide improvements to become bestinclass with cloudbaseddeployments while also promoting approaches improve productivityand reduce cost (OS abstraction rightsized capacity and scalabilityglobal caching and simplifying environments).
Own thebuild & deploy lifecycle; drastically reduce build deploy &rollback times while simultaneously reducing risk and exposure.
Lead transformation efforts to a modern scalable highlyavailable servicebased system with disaster recovery options forcritical applications.
