Job Description:

We are seeking experienced professionals to collaborate with clients on their data journey. A key requirement for this role is understanding our clients' industries and business needs, designing solutions to address those needs.

This pre-sales activity is a critical differentiator for us to secure new deals, requiring a strong understanding of our offerings and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will work closely with the leadership at Akira to define and implement strategy for this line of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Position and sell digital transformation solutions to customers as a Pre-sales/Solution consultant.
  • Interact with clients, perform data analysis, assess processes and systems, and provide recommendations on client initiatives.
  • Familiarize yourself with the latest AI technologies, including Gen AI and LLM.
  • Engage with the sales/pre-sales team and support RFx by identifying opportunities and designing solutions, commercial proposals, demos, and bid defense.
  • Create customer journeys focusing on customer centricity and customer experience.
  • Identify issues and understand end-user pain areas.
  • Strategize and curate solutions based on identified issues.
  • Assist in Business Development, proposals, and proposition creation.
  • Comfortably work and interact with C-Suite executives and independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Support account management teams working on proactive proposals and demonstrating our solution stack to end customers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and data engineering domain.
  • Experienced in any two cloud technologies (AWS/AZURE/GCP).
  • Familiarization with Technology Outsourcing services across verticals to lend a strategic and market perspective.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, etc.
  • Good understanding of business aspects of the requirement.
  • Excellent pre-sales and solutioning skills - worked on PoCs, proposals, pilots, etc.
  • Able to understand unstructured requirements from the client and create related SoW and proposals.
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills.
  • Proven client engagement skills and adept at sharing insights and recommendations that have tangible business impacts.
  • Able to engage with international clients independently and lead discussions to win and execute engagements.
  • Skills in storyboarding, problem-solving, and insights generation are essential.
