Create Engaging Copy & Content: Write and create visually appealing copy for social media platforms, campaigns, product promotions, and ads that resonate with Shaadi.com's audience. ???? Content Ideation & Strategy: Generate creative ideas and execute content strategies that keep Shaadi.com fresh, relevant, and engaging across all social media channels. ???? Social Media Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visual and video content (Reels, Stories, Posts, etc.) that captures attention and drives engagement. ✂ Edit & Refine Content: Ensure content is clear, compelling, and on-brand, with a strong focus on creativity and impact. ???? Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, marketing, and other teams to deliver content that is consistent with the overall brand vision and campaign goals. ???? Content Performance: Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance, making recommendations for improvements to boost engagement and reach. ???? On-Camera Presence: Be the face of Shaadi.com in front of the camera, creating authentic and relatable content that connects with our audience. ???? Brainstorm New Ideas: Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to content creation. Desired Skills & Experience ???? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field ⏳ 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and copywriting (digital and consumer internet brands preferred) ???? Strong understanding of social media trends and how to create shareable content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, etc. ⚡ Creative storyteller with a knack for producing content that resonates and engages ???? Comfortable in front of the camera for social content creation (Reels, Stories, etc.) ???? Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ???? Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization strategies Bonus Points ???? Portfolio of live social media work (links welcome) ⚙ Knowledge of SEO , analytics , and social media best practices to optimize content impact
