Engineering Lead – Cyber Defense
Key responsibilities:Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to drive our business forward.Continuously assess and recommend the implementation of cutting-edge technologies relevant to cyber defense models to meet our customer's evolving needs.Spearhead strategic initiatives related to engineering services in collaboration with our customers.Define and enhance project governance while consistently striving for operational excellence in Engineering.Influence and contribute to shaping the discourse on emerging cyber security practices and trends.Manage multiple teams within Cyber Defense Engineering, including SIEM Engineers/Consultants, SOAR Engineers/Consultants, Automation Engineers, Security Technology Administrators, and Content Developers specializing in threat detection and response.Assume responsibility for recruiting, training, and mentoring teams to ensure sustained high performance.
Desired Profile:
Hands-on experience managing at least three multi-year complex Threat Management projects from an Engineering standpoint.Specific experience in either the BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing Sector.An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn challenges into business opportunities.Leadership experience, including building and mentoring diverse teams of professionals, both in-person and in remote settings.Minimum certification requirements: CISSP, CISA, or GSLC, with PMP certification considered an added advantage.
