Hi,Greetings of the dayWe are hunting for a Diversity (Female) Professional for a Head-Quality role for one of my Client on a Permanent role. Its a India leading Telecom provider company.About the RoleEnsure timely end to end deployment of Mobility network in accordance with Plan andQuality Standards in the circle. He shall drive the deployment of 2 G,4 G, & 5 G Expansions, upgradations ,height increase cases & their acquisition & RFAIs in the circle, right from conceptualization of plan till the network being Ready for On Air for commercial traffic & its Capitalisation thru’ CATS/SOA.Key Responsibilities· Validation of plan and engagement with Central Planning/Deployment team.· Inventory tracking and engagement with SCM· Close working with Operations Transmission team on media availability and itscommissioning.· Co-ordination with To Co / Infra teams for RFAI· Prioritize delivery of P0/P1 sites delivery and its align partner teams on the field basisreadiness of site RFAI and Material readiness· Monitoring the MDP/MIP & Other accurate report submissions to HO/Circle/Business.· Alignment of vendor team(s) for Hardware and Network Acceptance Testing as perdefined Quality norms (Installation standards for successful Handovers).· Co-ordination with Transmission/Operation/Acquisition /Fibre Operations & Partnerteams within Circle for clearance of RFAI & RFS, successful Acceptance Testing.· Engagement with partners and internal circle stakeholders against weekly and monthlyassigned / signedoff targets and ensure plan and inventory availability.· Tracking daily progress report of partners and capturing project milestones for weekly/Monthly Targets.· To work towards Indexing & Complaint reduction as highest Priority.· New Rollout testing’s & they deployments as per Plan.· Deployment of Small Cell/Pico cells etc.· Timely capitalization of Inventory· End to end media delivery.Experience & Skills· Ability to meet ambitious targets· Ability to work with large teams and communicate effectively· Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders· Methodical approach· Customer centric approach· Good communication skills· Hands on experience on Deployment/Material & their specifications/Transport / Packettechnologies and products.· Strong knowledge of BSS & RF planning.Educational Qualifications· B.
