Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced WMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO).

This critical role demands your extensive WMS knowledge to hit the ground running and minimize the learning curve.

As a WMS SME, you'll bridge the gap between business needs, development teams, and client operations, ensuring successful WMS implementations using the SAFE 4 Agile Leverage your WMS expertise to guide the team and clients effectively.

- Collaborate closely with business and implementation teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories for development using your in-depth functional knowledge.

- Own the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and aligning them with project goals.

- Work proactively with developers to ensure technical feasibility and a user-centric experience.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables.

- Champion the SAFE 4 Agile process and manage the product backlog effectively within this framework.

- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in WMS Minimum of 5+ years of experience actively working in a WMS product (Manhattan/JDA/Infor/High Jump/SAP WMS) as a BA or PO (not just a Module Analyst).

- Proven track record of successfully delivering WMS implementations using Agile methodologies.

- Deep understanding of core WMS functionalities, including warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and integrations.

- Strong business process analysis and mapping skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
