REST Api.Key Responsibilities- Configure ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or equivalent) to enforce change approval workflows.- Develop automation for rollback, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.- Support technical staff in submitting, tracking, and documenting change requests.- Build dashboards and reports for technical compliance metrics.- Pilot test enforcement workflows in high-risk domains (e.g., firewall, payment, surveillance).- Troubleshoot and fine-tune enforcement controls to balance security with operational efficiency.Qualifications & Experience- 5+ years of ITSM or IT operations engineering experience.- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.- Experience integrating security controls into IT operations workflows.- Knowledge of scripting/automation for change rollbacks and enforcement.Familiarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise change management practices.
