Work as a subject matter expert oncontract drafting review and management for US UK and otherjurisdiction clients for India Delivery centre. Performs QC basedon project guidelines and clientinstructions.

  • Ensurequality standards areachieved.
  • Liaisebetween the client and India deliveryteams.
  • Workas a teammember.
  • Workin developing project guidancematerials.
  • Creatingand developing projectknowhow documentsand imparting training to the team on thesame.
  • Prepareand supervise Reports forDelivery.
  • Ensureproductivity and quality SLAs on projects aremet.
  • Performingadditional tasks and responsibilitiesassigned.
  • Maintainpersonal and team records of workdone.
  • Trainteam members on processes including contract review andmanagement.
  • Contributeto process improvement ideas and actively participate in processimprovementinitiatives.
  • Managetimelines.
  • Trackand report quality for the QC ed work and give feedback toreviewers.
  • EnsuresSLAs (timeline Quality) are met individually and collectively as ateam.
  • Assistthe project leads in reporting and other projectissues.

Requirements


CompetenciesRequired:

  • LawGraduate with 3 6 years experience of contract negotiationadministration reviewing drafting and managementreporting.
  • Mandatoryexperience in the Legal Profession with a law firm or in the legalDepartment of a largecompany.
  • Experiencein the outsourcing industry (IT/ ITES/ outsourcing) either in anLPO delivery role or in the legal dept. will bepreferred.
  • Abilityto read and understand highly complex contractual language toidentify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation in lieu ofclient splaybook.
  • TargetDriven along with an eye fordetails.
  • Quicklearner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal timeperiod.
  • Flexibleto work in rotatingshifts.
  • Fluentin written and verbalEnglish.
  • Abilityto comprehend questions and respond appropriately (writing andverbal).
  • Logicalthinking and good decisionmakingabilities.
  • Workindependently selflearning attitude disciplined sincere and needlesssupervision.
  • Responsiblefor compliance with ISO standards and otherconfidentiality.
  • GoodMIS Reportingskills.
  • Mustbe skilled in MS Office Knowledge of MS OfficeWord.



Competencies Required: Law Graduate with 3- 6 years experience ofcontract negotiation, administration, reviewing, drafting andmanagement reporting.
