Role & responsibilities

  • Unit Management

Direct and streamline daily unit operations, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, staff scheduling, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.

  • Client & Guest Relations

Foster strong relationships with residents and families through effective communication, timely resolution of concerns, and implementation of initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and experience.

  • P&L Management

Take full ownership of unit-level financial performance, including budgeting, cost optimization, revenue tracking, and accurate financial reporting to support sustainable operations.

  • Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams; conduct performance evaluations, drive continuous staff development, and build a high-performing, compassionate care culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced Unit Manager with a strong background in healthcare Inductry, focusing on unit management/hospital management ,client satisfaction, guest relations, and P&L accountability. Proven ability to lead teams, enhance resident experience, and maintain compliance in high-quality care environments.
