Quess Corp is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team Here are the key responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates. Schedule interviews based on technical panel availability and promptly follow up for feedback. Demonstrate adaptability to new technologies and a strong focus on IT recruitment. Maintain candidate engagement until successful onboarding. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and vendors. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and qualifications of candidates. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. High level of professionalism and ethics. (Prior experience in contract staffing is a must.)
