Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer who can independently handle residential interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in creating detailed drawings in AutoCAD and transforming those designs into realistic 3D visualizations. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients, understand their requirements, and present design concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Design residential flats based on client preferences and requirements.
Create accurate and detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of the designing spaces.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Present design ideas and revisions to clients clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed drawings.
Ability to develop realistic 3D models and visualizations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Available to visit clients in Hyderabad on appointment basis.
Portfolio showcasing previous residential design projects preferred.
Work Mode:
Hybrid (Work from home with the flexibility to visit clients in Hyderabad when required).
Availability to attend client meetings in Hyderabad on appointment basis.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of interior design software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a plus.
Adept at handling client queries and briefing effectively.
Time management and organizational skills.
