Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the medical billing process, ensuring all claims are submitted accurately and timely, and maintaining the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: ·        Manage the end-to-end medical billing process, including claims submission, payment posting, and account reconciliation. ·        Ensure accurate coding and compliance with regulations and payer requirements. ·        Handle accounts receivable tasks, including follow-up on unpaid claims and denial management. ·        Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues. ·        Maintain accurate records and documentation of all billing activities. ·        Analyze and resolve discrepancies in billing data and accounts. ·        Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any queries or concerns regarding their accounts. Qualifications: ·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). ·        2 to 4 years of proven experience in medical billing, RCM, and AR processes. ·        Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR). ·        Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
