As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations that bring our ideas to life. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for use in video games, films, and other media such as projection mapping, AR/VR etc. Collaborate with other artists & compositors to ensure that 3D assets meet project requirements and deadlines. Optimize 3D assets for performance and memory usage, troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D asset creation and integration. Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of 3D asset creation. Maintain organized and efficient asset pipelines Provide feedback and guidance to junior artists, helping them to improve their skills and contribute to the success of the team. Ability to optimize renders for maximum efficiency. Familiarity with render management software like Deadline, Muster etc. Eye for details and ability to recreate creative vision of creative teams. Lead a team of 3D artists to ensure delivery keeping artistic and creative vision in focus while solving technical challenges faced, Requirements: 5+ years of experience in 3D production with strong understanding of the complete 3D pipeline. Expertise in Autodesk 3DS MAX, Maya or similar software. Expertise in rendering software like Arnold, Vray etc Ability to create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for use in games, films, or other media. Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques. Experience with rigging and animation of characters and objects. Knowledge of industry-standard workflows and pipelines. Ability to work collaboratively with other artists, designers, and programmers. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Experience with VR/AR development is a plus. A portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling, lighting and animation work is required.
