What You’ll Build The React Native mobile app (from scratch → launch) Responsive, high-performance web experience (React or similar) Design-system, UI architecture & reusable components Reward flows, dashboards, gamified journeys, micro-interactions Smooth onboarding, retention hooks & frictionless navigation Collaboration with backend on API structures, UX logic & data mapping Pixel-perfect UI without compromising performance or scalability Who This Is For Someone who says: “Give me the blueprint — I’ll build the whole thing.” 4–8 years in frontend engineering Strong React Native + React/Next.Js (or similar) expertise Proven experience shipping consumer apps/products Deep understanding of UX, motion design, accessibility & mobile-first thinking Can turn Figma into magic — not just screens Curious, iterative, opinionated about product Mindset > Resume. Engagement Phase 1 (Core Team- Part-Time, Until we hit ₹1 Cr or raise funding): Equity up to 3% + revenue share up to 3% (No Salary) Phase 2 (Full Time): Additional Equity up to 3% + Fixed Salary Equity (Based on Role & Contribution) 1–3% equity 4-year vesting | 12-month cliff 0% if leaving before 12 months 50% vests in the first 24 months Remaining quarterly over the next 24 months UPTO 5% Revenue Share until either: Platform hits ₹1Cr annual revenue, OR We raise our next funding round Why Join?
