  • Identify and survey commercial spaces across Delhi NCR.
  • Collect site details: size, frontage, visibility, competition; prepare reports with photos.
  • Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and property owners.
  • Track new F&B/retail properties and market opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in real estate/property scouting (preferably F&B/retail).

Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR markets and catchment areas.

Basic understanding of leasing terms and agreements.

Good negotiation skills to interact with clients and landlords.

Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
