Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using Python, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and QA, to define, design, and ship new features.

- Oversee code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development are followed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team productivity.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Python advancements to integrate innovative solutions.

Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in Python development with a strong understanding of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
