Job Overview


Hari International is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to support our growing finance operations with a focus on UK-based accounts and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to UK accounting standards and business practices.


Responsibilities

·        Keep accurate records for all daily/Weekly transactions

·        Process invoices & Bills

·        Record accounts payable and accounts receivable in accounting software

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

·        Reconcile bank statements

·        Assist with budget preparation (i.e cash flow planning, p&l)

·        Resolve financial disputes raised by the customers

·        Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

·        Client Communication: Chase the customer for their outstanding invoices via call or emails.

Requirements and skills

·        Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or  Accounting Clerk

·        Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

·        Familiarity with finance regulations

·        Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

·        Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, etc..)

·        Organization skills

·        Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

·        Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

Job Types:  

·        Full-time, In-Office (Ahmedabad, Gujarat). 5 days working. 

·        Time: 1:30pm to 10:30pm in Winter. 12:30pm to 9:30pm in summer. (UK 8am to 5pm) 

·        Salary Range – Up to 25K (depends on experience)
