Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Industry Operations Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with operations, client management, and process improvement. You will be responsible for managing workflows, handling operational escalations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution. Prior experience in the energy industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day industry operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Handle and resolve issues using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and escalations promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and dynamic business needs.
  • Document and analyze operational processes for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, client management, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira and Zendesk.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quality-conscious with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Energy industry will be a plus.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in our office. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The office environment is professional, fast-paced, and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
