We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the Workday platform. As a Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and various other systems within our organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools.

- Customize and configure Workday to support integration requirements, including creating custom reports, calculated fields, and business processes.

- Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.

- Stay current with Workday updates and new features, evaluating their impact on existing integrations and making recommendations for enhancements or improvements.

- Provide support and training to end users on Workday integrations and related Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience developing integrations with Workday, including using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools.

- Proficiency in web services technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.

- Strong understanding of Workday data model and business processes.

- Experience with Workday report writing, calculated fields, and business process configuration.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

- Workday Integration Certification preferred.
