SAP Certification in the core modules of FI shall be preferred

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHands on SAP process knowledge. Configuration & process knowledge of the core modules of FI.

Few end-to-end implementations of SAP

Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management, local commercial processes and taxation

Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge, vendor & resource management, project management

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to translate ideas into practical implementation

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners

Excellent communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrimarily responsible to execute enhancements & projects related to the FI/DMS/PS/PM module effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs.

Conduct testing of changes pertaining to FI/DMS/PS/PM module.

Identify, track and resolve issues in a timely manner under SLA

Maintain all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards

Responsible for preparing & maintaining adequate reports to be shared with the SAP Head

Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to application developers

Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-in

Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.

Work with service delivery team when called upon by enhancement lead to resolve L2 and above issues

Assist the IT GRC team to conduct audit & assurance activities
