Job Title: Office Executive & Backoffice Support

Location: Bilimora, Gujarat, India


Job Overview:  

As an Office Executive & Backoffice Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our office operations are seamless and efficient. Your role involves a broad range of administrative responsibilities, from data management and document processing to proposal creation and financial oversight. You will also support office management tasks, including human resources and recruitment activities. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively will be key to our team’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Manage and optimize the storage and retrieval of company data. Oversee database management, handle data entry, perform data analysis, prepare insightful reports, and manage data migration projects.

• Document Processing: Convert paper documents into digital formats, ensuring they are formatted, edited, and indexed accurately. Maintain high standards of precision and detail to improve document accessibility and usability.

• Proposal Creation: Work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored proposals. Conduct research, draft content, refine language and format, ensuring the final product is professional and persuasive.

• Billing and Invoicing: Oversee financial documentation including billing, invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, prepare detailed timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders to support effective decision-making.

• Process Improvement and Automation: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies. Implement improvements and adopt automation tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Office Management Support: Assist with general office administration, support HR activities such as recruitment and HRMS, and manage internal and external business communications.


Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in any field such as BE, BSc, BCom, BCA or BA.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
