The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding new employees, handling employee relations, maintaining and developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Qualifications- Experience 2-5 years in recruiting, onboarding, and developing HR policies- Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance with labor laws- Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
