This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Want to join us?Your Role: System Project LeadEstimation and planning of the systems resources required for the development of the electronic control unitsCreation and maintenance of the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)Prioritization, planning and tracking of the necessary systems activities with the objective to meet the project goals in regards to project timing, costs and qualityThe interface to the customer for all technical questions in the system scope of the developed productManaging and tracking all competencies in regards to analysis and clarification, evaluation of change requests and resolution of system issuesEnsuring on time completion of systems work products both with regard to customer milestones and APTIV internal milestones related to APTIVs product development process (PDP)Ensuring that system activities comply with APTIV processes and methodsSupporting the release planning and the creation of release and delivery documentationReporting of requirement status and status of systems activitiesSupport the project team with detailed knowledge of specific customer expectations and requirements (e.g. customer standards) and continuously expand this knowledgeBuild & maintain business relationships with our customers’ engineering teamsSupport the start center activities during quotation phaseCooperation in the continuous improvement of systems processes and methodsConstant expansion of the broad system knowledge about the developed products regarding software, electrical engineering, mechanics, validation and productionYOUR BACKGROUND:University / college degree in engineering sciences or comparable knowledge and skills acquired through professional experience and further education (R)Experience 10 to 14 YearsExpert knowledge about the development of embedded systems (R)Experience in leading small teams (P)Experience with development reference models and methodologies like ASPICE or Agile (P)Very good teambuilding skills.Work experience in global development teams.Business fluent English, spoken and written (R)High analytical thinking ability (R)Very good organizational and management skills (R)Very good communication and motivation skills (R)Reliability, commitment and dedication, initiative, flexibility, ability to work in a teamReadiness for business trips.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
