Role Overview:We seek qualified and experienced professionals to conduct market research studies within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) landscape. We want dynamic individuals capable of supporting client engagements and our own initiatives within this new business vertical. You will interact with top-level stakeholders and executives to gather insights and perspectives on various industry-specific problem statements and use cases, facilitating meaningful conversations to extract valuable insights for achieving high-quality studies. Additionally, you will work as part of a centralized team to cultivate relationships with senior buy-side and sell-side professionals, conducting research interviews with some of the highest levels of global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:Engage with top-level stakeholders and executives to gather insights, while supporting client and internal market research initiatives.Develop strategic content for effective outreach and engagement.Create and implement outreach strategies to optimize the research process.Conduct research interviews with senior buy-side and sell-side professionalsCollect and analyze complex information to derive actionable insights.Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-level industry professionals.Ensure alignment with client objectives and internal strategic goals.Maintain organized documentation of all research activities and insights.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.2+ years of professional experience working in market research, banking, investment or financial service verticals.Candidates currently pursuing or have completed CFA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Preferred skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- ensuring professional conduct and confidence to engage effectively with C-suite executives.Robust relationship building skills, professional manner, and a proactive, self-starter approachUnderstanding of the financial products and services provided by large corporate banks, asset & wealth managers, FinTech companies and securities exchanges.Demonstrated excellence in crafting compelling emails and producing clear, accurate documentation.
