About the job :

Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of eCommerce projects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

- Platform Expertise : Oversee and coordinate project tasks on Shopify and Magento, collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical capabilities.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, marketing, and sales) to drive efficient project workflows and successful project delivery.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

- Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, assigning tasks and managing workloads to optimize team performance.

- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, adjusting plans as needed to keep projects on track.

- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, project plans, status reports, and post-project analyses.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive process improvements for eCommerce projects, identifying ways to streamline project workflows, improve team productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Client Relationship Management : Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring deliverables align with their vision and requirements.

Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 3-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Magento.

- Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Shopify and Magento, including themes, plug-ins, customizations, and integrations.

- Project Management Tools : Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey project details and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

- Customer Focus : Strong client management skills with a dedication to delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

- Certifications (Preferred) : PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms (BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.)

- Experience with digital marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
