Key Responsibilities

Client Social Media Management

• End-to-End Social Media Management
  : Own complete social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance optimization for multiple client accounts
• Content Strategy Development
  : Create compelling content calendars that align with each client's brand voice and business objectives
• Platform Management
  : Manage presence across all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Performance Monitoring
  : Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs and ROI for client accounts

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Relationship Building
  : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships
• Strategic Consultation
  : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals
• Account Growth
  : Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings
• Daily Escalations
  : Handle client concerns, feedback, and urgent requests with professionalism and efficiency

Creative & Strategic Direction

• Media Ideation
  : Conceptualize innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement
• Creative Direction
  : Guide visual storytelling and ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints
• Trend Monitoring
  : Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Brand Storytelling
  : Craft compelling narratives that enhance brand presence and foster community engagement

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Experience Level
  : 1-2 years of social media management experience preferred, but we welcome talented freshers with strong potential
