Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wordpress Developer at Adverstone Realty in Gurugram. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our website and developing high-converting landing pages. You will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience and implement responsive web design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development and Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain our WordPress-based website .
Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand aesthetics.
Implement new features and functionalities as needed.
Landing Page Creation:
Develop and optimize landing pages for various marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are effective in driving conversions.
Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve landing page performance.
Content Management:
Manage and update website content, including property listings, blog posts, and company news.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with our marketing strategies.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Perform regular backups, updates, and security checks to maintain website integrity.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support their digital needs.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing high-converting landing pages.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
