Position: Medical advisorLocation: Lower Parel, MumbaiOpportunity: Full-time, Work from Office and Monday to SaturdayCTC: 50,000 - 55,000Job Summary: We are looking for a Medical advisor to support our sales, product development, and marketing teams with expert knowledge in dermatology and pharmaceuticals . The ideal candidate will be proficient in medical content research, writing, and training , while actively contributing to market research, product strategy, and brand development .Key Responsibilities✅ Market Research & Industry AnalysisConduct offline and online research on national and international trends.Assess domestic market potential to support product development, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives .✅ Product Development & StrategyAssist in ingredient selection , label design, and packaging input.Provide strategic recommendations for new product innovations based on market insights.✅ Marketing Content & Brand PositioningDevelop medical content for social media, advertisements, and sales materials.Support research for educational and promotional content that aligns with marketing objectives.✅ Product Training & Sales SupportDeliver comprehensive product training for the sales team, ensuring a deep understanding of medical terminology.Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep teams updated on product communication, industry trends, and new developments .Respond to market queries and online inquiries regarding product specifics.✅ Collaboration & InnovationWork with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback.Support the sales team in identifying innovations and market challenges to develop effective sales collateral.✅ Additional ExpectationsWillingness to travel nationally and internationally for industry events without any complexity to research, and product development.Availability to respond to urgent matters beyond standard working hours when required.Maintain professional behavior, teamwork, and respect for all colleagues, regardless of hierarchy.Strong file and data management skills to organize medical and marketing materials effectively.Qualifications✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry (BDS), Ayurveda (BAMS), or Homeopathy (BHMS).✔ 2–3 years of experience in derma cosmetics or the pharmaceutical industry , preferably in PMT or product management roles .Why Join Us?✨ Work in a dynamic and innovative medical & skincare industry.✨ Gain cross-functional exposure in sales, product development, and marketing.✨ Competitive salary and career advancement opportunities.
