Ticketing Officer

Good knowledge of ticketing.
Creation of PNR, Issuance, Re-issuance, Refund, Cancellation, Date Change, Voluntary & Involuntary changes.
Hands-on experience on issuing Domestic & International tickets using CRS Amadeus / Galileo can apply.
Willing to work in Implants as well as Back Office.
Experience in handling International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares & airline updates.
Experience in B2B / Corporate / SOTO ticketing background
Should be comfortable in Rotational shift
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Need to have good communication skills
Any graduate with good knowledge of ticketing. Any graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certified
Minimum with 1+ yr of experience
