Ticketing Executive

• Ticketing and Reservations:
• Book flights, manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide clients with the best fare options and detailed travel itineraries.
• Maintain relationships with airline representatives and other travel partners.
• Visa Processing:
• Guide clients through visa requirements, documentation, fees, and timelines for various visa types (tourist, business, work).
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all submitted documentation and applications.
• Track and update clients on the status of their visa applications.
• Client Support and Coordination:
• Effectively communicate with clients to provide smooth travel experiences and address queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage travel logistics.
• Professionally handle urgent travel needs or last-minute changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,691.53 per month
