Quality Inspector

Inspection & Testing: Perform detailed quality check for non-ferrous shredded metal particularly zurik & zorba products, to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Measurement & Analysis: Utilize precision measuring instruments to evaluate physical properties and dimensions of materials.

Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, test findings, and any deviations from quality standards in reports. Maintain thorough records for quality audits and traceability.

Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify shortfalls or any issues that affect client needs, and report these findings to the production team to address and resolve issues promptly.

Compliance with Standards : Ensure all products adhere to industry standards, such as ASTM, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.

Material Testing: Conduct mechanical and chemical tests to assess the strength, durability, and integrity of non-ferrous metals, hardness, corrosion resistance, and other relevant properties.

Process Auditing: Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions when needed.

Training: Coaching & training supervisors to meet quality targets.

Safety: Adhere to safety protocols while conducting inspections, handling materials, and using inspection tools to maintain a safe working environment.
