Location: Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have**8-12 years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix DaaS. Proven expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture, deployment, and management. Experience with App Attach migration and application delivery in AVD environments. Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), FSLogix, and profile management. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation. Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects (Azure). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. ManageCitrix DaaS solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. LeadAVD migration projects , includingApp Attach implementationand optimization. Configure and optimizeCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops , including policies, profiles, and resource allocation. Troubleshoot and resolve complexCitrix DaaSandAVDissues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliverseamless virtual workspace experiences . Ensure compliance withsecurity standardsand best practices in virtual environments. Providetechnical documentationand knowledge transfer to internal teams. Good-to-HaveExperience with Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD integration. Handson experience on Nerdio Certification in Citrix, Azure, or related technologies.SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Proactive in identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution 2 Scripting and Automation 3 Production Support 4 Incident management-When required they will take responsibility receiving calls and incidents at the services desk. They assist in analyzing, assigning and escalating the support calls. They also provide telephonic support to clients where required. 5 Shift management-Engineers that work shifts will be required to follow the required handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity. They complete and maintain any shift handover schedules 6 Reports - Engineers are also responsible for producing breach and other reports that are necessary for the correct operation of processes. They identify failures and short-comings in the current processes and escalate with recommendations. 7 Behavioral skills - Engineers are required to strictly comply with all processes and procedures as prescribed by the company and the client when relevant. Their ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required will contribute to their success. They are able to multi-task and demonstrate good client service orientation. These individuals have good problem solving skills in Citrix related operations.
