The Product Owner – Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for co. employee’s account life cycle management and auditing as deemed appropriate, in addition to participating in developing workflows, system configuration, documentation, optimization, and support related to access while working with application teams to deploy new applications and functionality. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring compliant practices, by effectively communicating organization and function-wide policies and procedures impacting Identity and Access management to end users, leadership teams and peers.He/she is also responsible for guiding on optimizing security build based on appropriate minimum necessary standards, as well as the ongoing maintenance, testing, support and optimization of Identity Governance and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).IAM Governance: Understanding of governance frameworks and best practices for IAM such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).Access Management: Knowledge of access control mechanisms such as Access Management Systems (AMS), Identity Providers (IDPs), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Identity Lifecycle Management: Understanding of identity lifecycle management processes, such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Familiarity with data classification and risk management practices.Technical Architecture: Understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.System Integration: Experience integrating IAM solutions with existing applications and infrastructure, including directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and third-party applications.Process Improvement: Experience in developing, documenting, and improving IAM-related processes and procedures.Minimum Qualifications/educationBachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or a related fieldMaster’s degree in the same field is preferredProfessional cybersecurity relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM, and/or working knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD are considered a plus.Minimum experience5+ years of experience in e-Commerce Grocery with experience in IT IAM field supporting services underneath and related fieldPreferably 2+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industrySkillsFamiliar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts, etc.).Familiar with IT Security technologies, processes, and regulatory requirementsAbility to analyze data and information with a detailed understanding of regulatory requirements that impact the retail industry, as well as security frameworks and methodologiesAbility to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and personal accountability when working with sensitive and restricted dataGood knowledge of e-Commerce IT ecosystem from both a business and a technical standpointExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, leadership, and design thinking skillsStrong stakeholder communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teamsGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong English language skills (Speaking, Reading and Writing) with exceptional business writing, Arabic is a plus
