Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary Bracket: 15k – 25k (Subjective to experience and interview)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Executive. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Additionally, the candidate will leverage influencer partnerships to amplify our brand message and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , and TikTok.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategy.Community Engagement:Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Implement proactive strategies to encourage user-generated content and user participation in campaigns and contests.Influencer Marketing:Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, deliverables, and compensation.Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign objectives.Content Creation:Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media and influencer campaigns.Produce high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written copy that is optimized for each social media platform.Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media and influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and deadlines.Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and ROI.Trend Monitoring and Research:Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and implementation.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in social media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
