  1. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and other teams to understand their processes and identify analytics opportunities.
  2. Analyze complex datasets from ERPNext and other sources to uncover inefficiencies, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Metabase.
  4. Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.
  5. Extract business insights that go beyond surface-level reporting you must bring a point of view.
  6. Create and maintain custom scripts (in Python, JavaScript) to automate analysis and reporting workflows.
  7. Build scalable and accurate reports with strong UI/UX using HTML/CSS when needed.
  8. Partner with key business units to translate real-world problems into data models and solutions.
  9. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data pipelines and reporting logic.

Must-Haves:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
  2. Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext must understand modules, doctypes, workflows.
  3. Deep understanding of manufacturing and operations processes (especially in a production-intensive domain).
  4. Strong command over Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
