Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days WFO / Week Mandatory)

Job Summary: As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions and contribute to the overall architecture of our software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks.- Design and implement database schemas that represent and support business processes.- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven 4+ years experience as a Node.js Developer.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with frameworks such as Express.js.- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular).- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
