Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho Creator applications
  • Design and develop custom apps, modules, and reports using Zoho Creator
  • Automate business workflows and implement approval systems and triggers
  • Build secure and scalable integrations between Zoho apps and external systems
  • Design intuitive dashboards, forms, and data models to streamline operations
  • Handle API development, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain user access, roles, permissions, and ensure data security
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Zoho-based solutions
