Job Summary


• Job Title – Analyst IT
• Location – Whitefield, Bangalore (work from office)
• Shift – General day shift
exp - 2yrs to 4yrs
Job Responsibilities:
• As IT analyst, responsible for maintaining and updating product related customer facing webpages of the organization in state of compliance as per regulatory, marketing and quality requirement.
• As IT analyst, responsible for restructuring and remediation of Design History File and associated documentation in collaboration with technical subject matter experts.
• Responsible for providing innovative strategies for data management, visualization, automation and interpretation approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Provide technical information, &/or prepare reports based on internal or external data available to formulate response to audit related questions during internal or external audits.
• Propose options, work closely with stakeholders and develop action plan for problem-solving, product and process improvement
• Establish, maintain and update technical & Design documentation according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Ability to interact and communicate flawlessly while working with diverse cultures and mindsets.
• Participate in and at times lead multi-functional and international project team for effective collaboration and deliverables.
• Demonstrate excellent internal and cross-functional communication and provide regular status update of activities to senior management & stakeholder.
• Participate in innovation forums related to newer technology platforms, demonstrate critical mindset and “out-of-the-box” thinking.
Qualifications:
• Master’s in computer science or Bachelor’s degree in related engineering disciplines with at least 3 years of experience as a web administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of web technology and programming, including HTML.
• Strong understanding of Bitbucket and other version control systems, including Git and SVN.
• Experience with Bitbucket's built-in features, such as pull requests and code reviews
• Familiarity with web hosting and server administration, including Linux and Windows servers.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with many stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability in clear and effective communication (written, oral) and presentation skills to broad set of global stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management (local and global)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
• A proven track record of effectiveness in a fast-paced environment working in global teams
• Proven ability to deliver results by owning & being accountable for budget, timeline, and product/project deliverables
Skills:
• Experience in healthcare and medical device industry is preferrable.
• Experience in Design Control documentation and process is preferrable.
• Working knowledge / familiarity of international/regional/national regulations and standards for medical devices is desirable.
• Demonstrated project management experience where business acumen, prioritization and portfolio management skills were required
• Ability to work independently.
• Can effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to shift gears between projects comfortably.
• Fluency in English
