Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced D365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Application Support Analyst for a

12-month Contract Role

working remotely with an Australian client

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) / CRM, with a focus on release management, application support, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will ensure seamless deployments, provide top-notch support, and drive user adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Application Support:- Provide expert-level support for D365 CE applications- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize support requests2. Release Management:- Plan, coordinate, and execute releases- Ensure smooth deployments to production- Develop and maintain release documentation3. Troubleshooting:- Identify and resolve technical issues- Perform root cause analysis- Implement fixes and workarounds4. User Administration:- Manage user accounts, roles, and security- Configure user settings and preferences5. Post-Deployment Configuration:- Assist with post-deployment setup and configuration- Ensure system stability and performance6. Testing:- Participate in unit and user acceptance testing (UAT)- Validate fixes and changes7. Data Migration:- Assist with data migration activities- Ensure data integrity and accuracy8. Support Ticket Management:- Log and manage support tickets with Microsoft- Ensure timely resolution and communication

Requirements:- 6+ years of experience with D365 CE / CRM- Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture and functionality- Proven experience in release management, application support, and troubleshooting- Experience working with DEVOPS Release Pipelines- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Effective communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Microsoft D365 CE certifications (optional but preferred)- Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Processes (optional but preferred)

Note :- Code development is not required for this role.- Candidate may be required to work after hours, weekends and in Australian Timezone (AEST)
