We are Proudly Certified by ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and Great Place to Work® Institute.We deploy our highly effective 4C approach - Customer, Consult, Create, Care to build high impact digital engineering solutions in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Insurance, Retail and E-commerce domains.TransformHub drives innovation using latest tools and technologies, Agile methodologies, Open APIs, Cloud architectures and domain-based architecture.Key Responsibilities• Work closely with stakeholders, architect for product development features and manage SDLC.• Work with development teams and product owners to design product features.• Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture.• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and application.• Write/ design product APIs and write unit test cases.• Co-ordinate customer interactions and team interactions.• Develop product roadmap and prioritize user stories.• Provide technical leadership to the development team.• Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development.• Code review, refactoring and managing source code per standards and ensure qualityRequired Experience & Skills• 8+ years of software development experience using Microsoft .Net technology stack.• Strong experience in .Net, .Net Core, C#, Entity Framework, SQL server, JavaScript, jQuery etc.• Experience in leading team of Engineers, full stack developers, allocate tasks and mentor the team members to perform to their full potential.• Experience in using unit test framework e.g., xUnit, Moq.• Experience in Web API development.• Experience in Agile / SCRUM development process.• Strong experience in Domain driven design development and Microservice architecture and development.
