Someone who can make silence look powerful and ideas feel timeless.Responsibilities• Design thumbnails, social-media assets, YouTube, and Podcast covers.• Build and maintain a consistent visual identity system (colour, typography, layout, grid).• Collaborate with editors, writers, and strategists to bring stories to life visually.• Create promotional visuals for guests, episodes, and brand campaigns.• Adapt designs across Instagram, YouTube, and X while retaining brand coherence.• Maintain an evolving brand design library in Figma/Canva for team use.• Explore creative directions — motion posters, quote graphics, typography experiments.Qualifications• 1 – 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital media or creator brands.• Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva.• Strong sense of composition, typography, and negative space.• A portfolio that shows taste, not just skill.• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram visual dynamics is a plus.• Telugu language familiarity preferred, but not mandatory.Skills• Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva• Brand Identity Design• Thumbnail Design for YouTube / Reels• Typography & Layout• Color Theory & Visual Storytelling• Motion Graphics (Bonus)• Creative Research & MoodboardingPerformance Metrics• 100 % on-time delivery of visual assets.• Improved CTR (click-through rate) on YouTube thumbnails.• Strong visual coherence between episodes and social-media presence.Why Join Us• Shape the visual voice of one of India’s most thoughtful bilingual podcasts.• Creative freedom to experiment and push boundaries.• Direct collaboration with the founder and core creative team.How to ApplyEmail at with:• A short note on why this role excites you• A link to your portfolio (Dribbble / Behance / Google Drive / Instagram)
