The analyst will be responsible to manage the end-to-end training tasks, which includes creating training content and delivering training to our clients. In addition, the analyst is responsible for mentoring and enabling project consultants to deliver training with good quality, high value and great customer satisfaction within the project timelines. Deliver product training to client users and manage the whole lifecycle Create customized product training content for the client users Mentor project consultants on the training lifecycle of High Radius Order to Cash management system products for global clients Review and validate product training materials created by the project consultants Enable training consultants to deliver an effective product training to our clients Improve the training process by analyzing the client feedback and support tickets Enable the consulting client users to access training post go-live, by creating project-specific LMS pages Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure all training content is updated and accurate Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live and hyper care Prior knowledge and experience of technical training delivery and content creation Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus Prior experience with training clients on Saa S products will be a plus Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes). Mandatory: Good communication skills, Excellent Time Management skills, Good Analytical Skills, Good problem solving skills, Good presentation skills, Organizational skills, Collaboration skills, Conflict Resolution skills, Training Aptitude, Technical Inclination, Team Player. Exposure to international clients / projects, Exposure to Functional consulting roles Experience in following the established processes/standards/templates to achieve successful results.
