Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to drive the sales operations for our Automotive business through OEM and other existing & new customer in Europe and USA
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo drive sales to Domestic, International & OEM customers.To participate in international trade shows, Automotive fairs and showcase JUMPS product capabilities.To liaise with, manage and service clients directly as the face of the company.Analysing market trends and provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and new product development.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and market share.Develop a business plan for the sourcing and quality function in alignment with the organization’s strategy.Customer service, Customer diversification, Customer retention- Generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability.Streamline sales processes using technology to enhance productivity.Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.Aiding channel partners by conducting training programs, ensuring seamless delivery of quality products and services in the market.Leading and developing a strong team while developing a high-performance culture.Lead the team to deliver best in class product in alignment with the business targets (right cost, right quality and right time)
Qualifications and Skills

B.Tech./Postgraduate (preferably in marketing) from a reputed institute.

Overall, 12-15 years’ experience in Automotive sales●
Developed and led strong teams and managers.●
Demonstrated ability to leverage new technologies to create new business models and spur change with a strong focus on customer experience.●
Proven knowledge of working with ERP systems
