Position Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior DevOps Trainer

with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the DevOps and Cloud field and overall 10 years in IT. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and culture, coupled with significant experience at leading technology companies. This role involves designing and delivering advanced training programs, mentoring participants, and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs in DevOps, tailored to various skill levels.Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, ensuring a deep understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, and methodologies.Customize training content to meet the specific needs of clients and learners, with a focus on real-world application.

Curriculum Design:

Develop and update curriculum materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, case studies, and hands-on labs.Incorporate the latest industry trends and best practices into the curriculum, ensuring learners gain relevant and practical skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, with substantial experience at top technology companies (e.g., Microsoft, Meta, Google, Amazon, TCS, Infosys Etc).Proven experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams in a technical environment.In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and monitoring/logging tools.Strong understanding of software development, system administration, and infrastructure as code (IaC).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.A passion for teaching and a commitment to the success of your learners.Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, or related areas (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer).Experience with enterprise-level projects, consulting, or large-scale DevOps transformations.Contributions to the DevOps community through publications, open-source projects, or conference presentations.
