About the RoleAs a Mid-Level Java Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of robust Java applications, ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered on time.ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Java 11/17 and Spring Boot frameworkCode Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standardsProblem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions using appropriate data structures and algorithmsDatabase Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrityCloud Integration: Collaborate on AWS-based solutions and contribute to cloud migration initiativesDevOps Participation: Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automated deployment processesCode Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledgeTesting: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support quality assurance processesDocumentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutionsCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on timeQualificationsBachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant fieldRequired Skills3 to 10 years of working experience in Core Java developmentProven experience with enterprise application developmentHands-on experience with DynamoDBCore Java: Proficiency in Java 8/11 and Java 17/21 features and conceptsSpring Framework: Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPAData Structures & Algorithms: Solid understanding and practical application of fundamental CS conceptsDatabase: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detailVersion Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflowsRelevant certifications in Java or AWS are a plusPreferred SkillsCloud Platforms: Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)CI/CD: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar automation toolsTesting Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing toolsExperience working with Dynamo DB
