What we’ll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Review existing KOD pertaining to private banking processes to align content with new KOD framework Engage in discussion with process owners to enhance content of KOD Perform migration of KOD content (in some cases rewriting) from existing template to new template Maintain and track completion status of KOD migration Continuous maintenance of the KODs post migration Perform regular management reporting Ability to influence & communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems Ensure robust change management through great discipline and governance for seamless execution with timely escalations and reporting Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and timely execution. Support various PB EM COO initiatives aimed towards improved efficiencies and enhanced control including the change gatekeeping activities Your skills and experience Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in banking industry with knowledge of banking products specific to Wealth Management domain Ideal candidate should have a good understanding of control, processes and risk management in the banking industry, and have strong attention to details Business analysis background is highly valued Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills, must have good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Hands on experience in MS tools, co-pilot etc will be an added advantage Good organizational and time management skills How we’ll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
