we are looking for a confident and charming Welcome Girl to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to create a warm and professional first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable
• Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, receiving parcels, and scheduling appointments
• Provide accurate information to visitors about the company's services
• Assist in office coordination and support other departments as needed
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language
• Confident, friendly, and approachable personality
• Presentable appearance with good grooming
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Customer service orientation
• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
