Based in Noida, we streamline the verification process to help HR professionals find the perfect candidates. Our unique solutions also include offer letter generation to tackle issues like moonlighting and offer shopping.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining customers, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing customer data, and providing excellent customer service to help clients make the most of our platform and services.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention skills
- Analytical Skills and ability to analyze customer data
- Relationship Building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the technology or HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
